The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.
SASSA will be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency claimed it is actually alarmed about the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at status sassa Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service the area regularly. The service level designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard for that office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to permit the servicing of all consumers and improve access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
